Welcome to Southwest Florida Dressage Association

SWFDA is located in the Fort Myers-Naples, Florida area and is a United States Dressage Federation Group Member Organization. We offer monthly meetings, educational events, awards programs, a video lending library, clinics, show volunteer training and networking opportunities. Our show season runs from May 16, 2011 to May 15, 2012.

Mission

Our mission is to educate, inspire, encourage interest in and promote the equestrian discipline of dressage.  To accomplish this mission, our members, working together, will:

  • Promote sportsmanship and fair competition in dressage.
  • Provide services for the members' common benefit.
  • Educate horsemen and the general public about dressage.
  • Expand and enhance the image of dressage locally.
  • Work with the United Dressage Federation and the USEF to encourage participation.
